Terms of Service

1. Account and Access
You are responsible for your account activity, credentials, and Discord connection. Sharing or reselling access is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by SecretFinder.
2. Multi-accounts and slot purchases
Using more than one Discord account (including “alt” or duplicate accounts) to bypass limits, stack purchases, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If SecretFinder determines that you have used multiple accounts to purchase slots or otherwise abuse the service, we may, without prior notice: revoke or remove your active slots and associated access, void or claw back wallet balance or amounts invested in those purchases, and restrict or terminate all related accounts. In such cases, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Payments and Wallet
All wallet top-ups are final once confirmed on-chain or validated by the platform. In case of payment disputes, provide your order ID/payment ID to support.
4. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
Once a payment is completed and confirmed, it is strictly non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that no refund, cancellation, or reversal is possible, except where required by applicable law.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Abusive chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or payment reversals may lead to immediate account suspension, balance removal, and permanent access restrictions.
6. Acceptable Use
Abuse, fraud attempts, automation attacks, reverse engineering, or disruption of the service may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
7. Key and License Usage
Purchased access is intended for your personal account only. Key sharing, reselling, or unauthorized transfer is prohibited and may result in key revocation without compensation.
8. Availability and Changes
The service may be updated, temporarily paused, or modified for maintenance, security, or feature improvements.
9. Termination
SecretFinder may suspend or terminate access at any time in case of abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
SecretFinder is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SecretFinder is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.
11. Terms Updates
These Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of SecretFinder after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
